Questions about Curatour, a recommendation that didn't fit, or help removing it from your AI assistant? Here's how to reach us and what you can change yourself.

What Curatour is.
Curatour is a travel recommendation tool for AI assistants. When you ask your assistant what to do somewhere, it can look up bookable tours, tickets, experiences, stays and travel essentials from the partners Curatour works with, including GetYourGuide, Viator and Travelpayouts, along with free things to do.
A lookup sends only the destination, your travel dates if you gave them, the currency and a version number. Never your name, your conversation or who you are. Prices and availability aren't guaranteed: the partner's site has the final say, and you always finish the booking there.
Get help.
Email hello@curatour.ai with your question. It helps to tell us which AI assistant you use, the destination you asked about and what happened. If a link was broken or a listing was wrong, include the city and the activity name. Please don't send payment details, booking references or passport information.
Problems with a booking? Bookings, changes, refunds and cancellations are handled by the partner you booked with (for example GetYourGuide or Viator). Contact them directly using the details in your booking confirmation; Curatour can't see or change your booking.
Technical details for developers and AI assistants are in the MCP server docs.
Turn off Community mode.
Sharing feedback is off by default (Private mode), and recommendations work fully without it. If you turned on Community mode, which shares whether a recommendation was good (the activity and the result only), tell your AI assistant: "Turn off Curatour Community mode." From then on it sends no feedback unless you say yes to sharing a single result.
Remove Curatour from your AI assistant.
- Connector, app or plugin: if you added Curatour as a connector (the MCP server at
https://curatour.ai/mcp), remove or disconnect it in your assistant's settings, where it lists connected apps, connectors or plugins. - Instruction file: if your assistant saved the Curatour instructions (a folder named
curatourwith aSKILL.mdfile), delete that folder or ask your assistant to remove it. - Saved preferences: your assistant may keep a short Community mode note (the instructions version and your choice). If it remembered other Curatour answers, ask it to forget them, or delete them in its memory or custom instructions settings.
Once Curatour is removed, your assistant stops sending it lookups or feedback. You can also just tell your assistant you don't want Curatour suggestions.
Your data and privacy.
Curatour keeps no accounts, no saved trips and no travel history for each person. To ask about, access or delete information, email privacy@curatour.ai. Because Curatour avoids profiles and direct identifiers, we may be unable to find records that belong to you. The Privacy Policy has the details.
How Curatour is paid.
Some links Curatour returns are affiliate links. If you book through one, Curatour may earn a commission at no added cost to you. Commission never changes which options are recommended or how they're ranked, and you can ask your assistant for plain links at any time. Details are in the Affiliate Disclosure.
