Terms of Service.

These Terms are an agreement between you and [Company LLC] ("Curatour", "we") covering the Curatour website, public API, MCP connector and instruction skill (the "Service"). By adding or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service.
Curatour is a free tool that helps AI assistants recommend tours, tickets, experiences, stays and travel essentials, and links to partner sites where you can book them. Curatour is not a travel agent, tour operator or seller of travel. It does not sell, book, reserve or process payment for anything.
2. Eligibility.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service to make travel decisions, and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Bookings, prices and cancellations.
Every booking is made directly with a third-party partner (for example GetYourGuide, Viator or a provider reached through Travelpayouts) on that partner's website. The partner's terms govern your booking, including price, payment, availability, changes, cancellations, refunds, and the operator's conduct and safety. Prices, ratings, availability and cancellation policies shown through Curatour come from partners, can change at any time and are not guaranteed. The partner's checkout has the final say. Please review the partner's terms and the operator's details before you book. Questions about a booking go to the partner.
4. Agents and purchase authority.
Curatour provides information to your AI assistant. It never authorizes a purchase. Any booking an assistant or agent makes for you is made under the permissions and approvals you gave that assistant, not under any authority from Curatour. Curatour's instructions tell assistants to open booking links only when you choose to, and to leave every purchase to your confirmation on the partner's site. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you give your assistant.
5. Affiliate relationships.
Some links are affiliate links, and Curatour may earn a commission when you book through them, at no added cost to you. Commission never affects which options appear or how they are ranked. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Acceptable use.
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk downloading beyond documented rate limits, no automated clicking of links, no attempts to generate fraudulent affiliate activity, no interference with or probing of the Service's security, no reselling access, and no use that breaks the law or partners' terms.
7. Third-party services.
The Service links to and relies on third parties, including AI assistants, travel partners and affiliate networks. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, policies or availability. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
8. Intellectual property.
The Curatour name, logo, site design, instruction files and software are owned by [Company LLC] or its licensors. Partner listings and images belong to their owners. You may use the public skill and API as documented for personal, non-commercial travel planning.
9. Feedback.
If you send suggestions or recommendation feedback, we may use it without obligation to you. Anonymous "was this good" reports are covered by the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes, suspension and termination.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, change partners, or update these Terms. We'll post updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Disclaimers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that recommendations are accurate, complete, current, safe or suitable for you, or that any activity, venue or operator will be open, available or as described. Travel carries inherent risks; use your own judgment.
12. Limitation of liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURATOUR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM BOOKINGS, TRAVEL, ACTIVITIES OR PARTNER SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO [US$100].
13. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify Curatour against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. General terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], with disputes resolved in [VENUE / ARBITRATION CLAUSE]. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate Disclosure are the entire agreement on this subject.
